I show, to the best of my ability, 10 squad variants of increasing difficulty. From laying on your back, all the way to one legged squads.
I seriously suspect, most of you will be able to do lvl 5, regular squads, right away. And you can just do more of those. You will feel your legs after doing a hundred squads.
