- Reboot system design, top to bottom (kill flat, go neumorphic)
- Redo all animations & transitions
- Enable third-party launchers
- Enable third-party voice assistants
- Rework notifications completely
- Turn on Multi-app for larger screens
- Give options for system experience (like task switching)
- Decouple app updates from system upgrades
- Get back to focusing on software polish, quality control (features second)
- Break iPad OS *out* of the Phone metaphor
