Terror missions... in long war you may as well just assume all the civvies will die, try to make sure you save 1 and call it a day right?

See the thing is with assaults, most of the time I can't take a useful shot with them, since when I move them up close things like this happens...

I guess I should maybe give up on shotguns and try building an assault with normal rifles, although I'd expect them to still turn into slightly subpar infantry even then
