5 block jump shortcut is real :o Thanks for Adbid for proving it possible.
Thank you for 100 subscribers!

About shortcut:
It was theoretized that this cut is possible for around 3 years. In this time we put a lot of attempts to do this jump without any good results. We believed that it is possible but it will require insanely good turn or even 45 strafe.

Few days ago I got message from Adbid that he finally managed to achieve this jump. He used different strat starting from hole that is a bit behind and 1 block up. Beside kinda awkward setup it required near perfect turn. After some practice I managed to got consistency up to around 4% which was surprisingly high but still not enough for any real usage.

Two days after discovery I started looking for better setup and decided to try calculate exact angles and positions that would be optimal for jump without turning. I also realised that slab boost could be used to get some more momentum to get this jump done. After only 10 minutes of trying different cords to my surprise I managed to do it by 0,0028 block.

It was really shocking that this jump is actually possible without any turns at all, but still 0,0028 block is far too close for any realistic setup. So I got to work and after half hour I managed to find optimal cords in which I was able to clear the gap by 0,038 block - distance that is realistic with rta setup.

Then after brute forcing some random inputs I found that by starting at right edge looking around 90 degree forward then taping w with shift twice and then taping a without shift once will put you somewhere in middle of correct cordinates even if your angle is a bit off.

After that you have to aim between -54,6 - -54,75 angle which is the hardest part of the setup. If your setup is correct all you have to do is hh2 timing and then do second jump at correct time. "Easy". You will clear the gap by around 0,025

All of this makes this shortcut probably the hardest one in the housing beside bottom route swamp cut which is even more absurd. This is literally the last 20s of the run and your setup has to be fast if you want to save any time compared to normal route so good luck doing it under stress.

Overall if done by TAS this could save even like 9s. If done by human insanely fast it could save up to 6,5s. In typical run it saves probably around 3-4s, but if you count that normal route has annoying ladder jump then it saves also your mental health.

About run:
This run took around 1 hour to do. I didn't really practice it before so as you can see it's really far from being optimized. It's 5,3s faster than fastest run achieved in full housing speedrun and 4,6s faster than ndividual level practice PB without cut. Funny enough it's also around 1s faster than TAS of this level made for theoretical perfect run.

Segment before shortcut is insanely slow. Used slow strat with shift while jumping around tower losing like 1s. Overall I lost on this split around 1,5s.

Shortcut was done pretty good for 1 hour of practice but it's still over 1s slower than PB split, and I believe it could be done even like 3s faster.

Last segment is good, I played risky since I knew my previous splits weren't really greatest and I wanted to have at least good finish. Still kinda far from being optimized.

Overall 31s is time I would gladly take in any full housing run. I believe you could go way below 29s in individual level practice. As you can see in Bonus video I lost pace that was literally 2,5s faster past shortcut to being dumb, so it proves that this is really really far from being perfect.

I think human limit for segment is around 27s and TAS might be able achieve something around 23s
