As a special video i made a tutorial video how to put yourself into Jagged alliance 2 (1.13) as an IMP mercenary complete with custom images and sound.

Short Text guide with time stamps
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1. Find the IMPfaces folder 2:04
2. Copy an existing STI file 4:55
3. Create a custom image of you (or the face you want to put into the game with a Photo editing software. Save them as .bmp files 7:10
4. Create the Pictures for animating the Eyes and Mouth 11:30
5. Create images for BigFace, 65Face and 33Face 17:55
6. Edit IMPportraits.xml 22:15
7. Find out the Eye and Mouth coordinates 24:35
8. Find the speech folder. Record/Cut the voice files you want to use. Save them as .wav files. 30:45
9. Put your files into the Speech and BattleSNDS folder 34:35
10. Edit the IMPvoices.xml file 37:21
11. Copy and edit EDT file. 39:10
