We are playing a Custom Story for Amnesia: The Dark Descent called Followed by Death. It was created by JMFStorm and is the first of a two-part series.

This was a well made custom story and gave us both plenty of good scares. The atmosphere was built up quite well, and it ended on a note that would make us want to continue the series. The story itself remains confusing and doesn't give any definite answers throughout the chapter, but nonetheless we were both happy to play it and are ready for the second one.
