A head on "fighter ship". The Furion combines it all with armor corroding fighters, heavy hitting missiles, a solid medium range gun and close-range plasma jet. Very few ships can survive a head-to-head alpha-strike exchange with a Furion. If you make a mistake, you can always use your boosters for a quick escape and reposition.
