0Hunt Showdown is back for the first time in like a month! And hey surpringing no one we were....wait my notes here say not awful? Like not good but not "have been gone for a month bad" Weird. Well we played around with all the new single fire breech loaded guns and Odinson and I both came to the conclusion that other people were WAY better with them.
1. We tend to focus on monsters more than players and the refire rate is awful against most monsters, probably ok for the Butcher or a meat head, but otherwise yikes no.
2. Everyone else seems to actually get how iron sites work in this game better than me at least.
What I'm saying is that the two new breech loaded rifles seem like freaking great player hunting weapons, mostly because we were killed by them a few times since a head shot from either is just instant death, even through most walls made out of anything short of a large tree or metal.
Normally I'd throw a humble link here but Crytek being the geniuses they are pulled Hunt from all stores that weren't Stream or thier own store a few days before this stream, I speculated it might have been in response to the most recent round of people being reminded G2A is a hellsite for litteral criminals, but who knows, so if you want to pick up hunt showdown I recommend getting it on Steam.
