Welcome back after my day break! We're going to open this week with a run through of all the Moves from this week's classes.
Level 1 moves are Chair spin, Straddle grip spin, Passé, and Witch Sit, with possible combos between them all.
Level 2 moves are, a psuedo-bridge into a rainbow stand, a split forearm press into a hanging spin (that just does not click for me) and a brass sit up into a ninja or genie.
