1/3 Chance To Get BiS Or Near-BiS! These Changes Makes It Possible! ⚔️New World
263With the changes to Shirking Fortification in the next patch, what is generally considered BiS gear (best in slot), will change quite a fair bit. Especially Elemental Aversion goes up in value. One of the changes in this patch is as follows:
Added the perk Resilient as a possible perk when crafting items using the Summer Medleyfaire Crafting Patterns. The affected sets are Colorful Kraken, Sturgeon Style, and Masked Mackerel.
Interestingly enough, these armor pieces already come with Elemental Aversion and Refreshing, two very strong perks, locked. For some roles, this and Resilient will be the new BiS. As such, either by buying them on the slightly more expensive side now or by farming them during the summer event, they give you a very accessible way to reach BiS gear or near-BiS gear.
