Introduction: Schumann Resonances are Electromagnetic waves which are primarily caused by lightning discharges originating from the ionspheric layer of the atmosphere, which propagate/radiate as waves at the radio frequency (RF) end of the EMF spectrum. These resonant frequencies operate between 0.3-46 Hertz resonance.

Current Conditions: Synchronous peaks, similar wave pattern across Amplitude Modes 1-3. Mode 4 of Amplitude, is requited to its Quality--matching wave forms. Overall calm in the Amplitude, which is electrics. Quality is reacting notably, especially in the lower modes (larger waves)
Peaks: at 18UTC; again at 23UTC; again 03; the at 05 UTC (13Dec)--each one of successively less of a peak in amplitude. Amplitude spikes, while quality is the magnetics, which vascillate, or radiate outwards, bouncing along the ground.
Green-mode-4 is the level, or wavelength frequencies which are closest in response to the actual planet themselves. The other modes 1,2,3 measure higher layers of the atmosphere,

Frequency: F1(white)~8.12 ; F2(yellow)~14.8 ; Q3(red)~20.5 ; F4(green)~26.4. (given in Kilometers)

Things To Consider Relative To Amplitude Sikes, and The Schumann Resonance Harmonics
The measurement of Schumann RESONANCE frequency is not that of a WAVE frequency. Multiple waves interfering with each themselves, create standing waves, hold steady at resonant frequency, which is the difference between these two primary fundamental waves. Harmonics are caused from two, or more waves being out of syncronization; which interfere with each other to create a resonance, harmonic frequency, which stays consistent over the course of time to within certain constrains of the constants of the size and shape of the Earth, of the ionosphere; of the speed of light, and radio frequency waves.
Amplitude spikes are not resonances, nor are they harmonics, nor are they measured in Hertz, which is cycles per second. Amplitude (the electrical component) comes top-down, from the ionosphere (at around 200,000 Volts). to the Earth ground.
Amplitude is top-down, meaning it does not "rise" to a frequency. Amplitude does not "reach" up to a frequency. Amplitude lowers down to a reported deci-Bel power rating, which is pico-electronVolt deciBels of amplitude.
