2On my first run, things were normal. Against Garrador, I used the bell to distract him, lined up my sniper, and dropped him clean. Another time, I tried the shotgun and only needed two or three bullets before he was done. Smooth, fair, no nonsense.
But when I streamed, everything flipped. I fired shotgun after shotgun into him, twelve shells, and nothing happened. It was like my bullets were empty. The trick that worked before suddenly made me look like a fool live on stream. And I even hit the bell, and instead of going to it, he turned and chased me.
Then came Major Krauser. On my first run, I sniped him perfectly. Every shot landed, my armor lasted until the final fight, and I walked away clean. But during the stream, my aim shifted. Every time I lined up for a headshot, the scope would slide like someone moved it for me. Krauser punished every miss with his RPG, shattering my armor and leaving me exposed.
Worse, I was using the heat sensor scope. The smoke covered my view, so I had to wait for it to clear. That delay meant I could not preaim. Meanwhile, Krauser had all the time in the world to preaim me instead. Yesterday, I dropped him easily, but this time it felt like the fight was rigged.
Even with nothing left, my armor gone, my health down to one hit from death, I climbed the ladder, dodged his attacks, and got the clean shot that ended him. He tried to embarrass me, but I turned it into proof that I could still win no matter what.
The thing this hacker never learned was to get over himself. I am not affected by what he does or by what people think. I stream for myself and for my family, and I will keep playing no matter what tricks he tries. I felt no embarrassment. I do not play to impress anyone, only myself. That is something he will never have. So fuck off.
