I used 2/5 6*EX Steven, 1/5 Gloria and Thorton to get under 1:35 minutes in the time trial event, completing mission 9 (triple steel sync pairs)

My strategy:
Make sure to have haymaker and X Attack mpr in Steven's grid. First sync with Gloria, make sure to use her trainer move before you sync to guarantee crit. Keep spamming X Attack with Steven even when his atk is maxed to skip some animations. Second sync with Steven, make sure to use his trainer move before sync. For Thorton, just spam telekinesis and his trainer move to skip animations.
