The Highpoint RocketRAID 642L 6Gb/s Controller sports the fast Marvell 88SE9235 chip and thus drive performance is excellent. It has 4 SATA ports, 2 are internal SATA and 2 are external eSATA. It's capable of RAID 0,1,5,10, & JBOD, has a compact low profile design, and fits in a PCI-Express 2.0 x 4 slot.
