MULN currently has 147% institutional ownership. Not 147% short interest, but 147% of the float currently disclosed as being held by JUST institutions, let alone whats being held by retail on top of that!
I think considering the SEC is now levying charges against illegal short sellers, it wont be long until the SEC takes action against MULN shorts, and MULN shorts are likely the same as AMC GME shorts too.
MULN is also very much a victim of synthetic shorting and is currently down over 90% in 3 months, so investing into them isn't really advised, as always, obviously i'm not a financial advisor.
