Now we learn about one of the fundamentals of efficient rocketry; a real-world space program building system known as the 'asparagus stalk' because, well. Just have a look. The basic idea is to maximize the use you get out of every engine and fuel tank you're lifting, and the instant the vehicle has lost enough fuel to sustain a pair of engines, they're cleared away, freeing you of weight for the next pair, and so on... and when it's time to jettison the last of your boosters, you're left with a full main rocket, which has been firing the entire time, and now you're high in the sky when you start burning and thus get more bang for your buck, and more bucks to spend in general.

Even with minor errors in the staging setup.
