The NEW GAME workouts are for those of you who are brand new to working out and want to start their journey whilst building some strength, power and stamina!

The structure is really simple to follow

x6 Moves - 30 seconds work - 30 seconds rest
x1 POWER MOVE at the end of each round

And you go through them twice - simple!

Its only 15 minutes - you can definitely find 15 minutes in your day to improve yourself and make yourself more badass. You just have to commit to giving it a go. I promise you will always feel better about yourself if you work out. And if you can keep it up for 30 days you will have created a fitness habit that will last for life.

Once you nailed these NEW GAME workouts you can move onto NEW GAME PLUS where things get a little bit more difficult!

We are gonna make you just like your favourite video game characters with fun fictional functional fitness.
