This happened last night and surprised the hell out of me. I had made several attempts prior and deemed this to be the last one because my fingers needed the rest.

Suffice it to say, things went really well. I've never accumulated so many bonuses. I thought my MAME run was about the best I can do, but I was pretty close to collecting yet another Yashichi on the final stage!

I'm only disappointed about one particular section (19:24 - 19:54). Took a few hits there but handled the flame trap very well. This was the only instance of the "danger" alarm going off.

I'm likely to make more attempts on both versions of the game because of this run.
