19This is an extraordinary piece of history; it's the 1957 Maserati 250F ex Fangio. We are at the 1st Memorial Stanguellini 2010 and the owner, Matteo Panini, drove it through the Modena city circuit. The car belongs to Panini's Maserati collection and is the prototype with which Fangio attempted to qualify for the Monaco Grand Prix in 1957. Unfortunately, he didn't succeed due to engine problems. The 250F is considered as one of the best F1 cars in history. The Argentine ace won the world champion title in 1957 driving a model like this. Born from the base of the 1953 A6 GCM model, it adopts a 6-cylinder in-line engine that develops 240hp at 7,400 rpm. What you see in action, however, is powered by a V12 engine that generates over 280hp at 8,000 rpm. Enjoy! 😉
Questa è un pezzo di storia straordinario, si tratta della Maserati 250F ex Fangio del 1957. Ci troviamo al 1° Memorial Stanguellini 2010 ed il proprietario e pilota, Matteo Panini l'ha guidata attraverso il circuito cittadino di Modena. La vettura appartiene alla collezione Maserati di Panini ed è il prototipo con cui Fangio tentò di qualificarsi al Gran Premio di Monaco nel 1957. Purtroppo non ci riuscì per problemi al motore. Considerata come una delle migliori vetture di F1 della storia, il modello 250F fu impiegato per 7 anni e l'asso Argentino conquistò il titolo di campione del mondo proprio nel 1957. Nata dalla base del modello A6 GCM del 1953, adotta un motore a 6 cilindri in linea che sviluppa 240cv a 7.400 giri/min. Quella che vedete in azione monta però il motore V12 che sviluppa oltre 280cv ad 8.000 giri/min. Buona visione! 😉
