Update on the Mustang project, I was in a hurry and shot it on my cell phone so it's not the best and I fumbled a bit while talking. That being said... It's "Tube Stock" used not bar stock, and for the "Shifter linkage" what I actually meant was the clutch cable set up as these cars if originally a stick they used a "Z" bar set up.

This video outlines some of the modifications made and why they were made.

I'm sure I'll get flamed for this but that's OK we all know the internet loves to see the fails!
