The Rules are:
Production Year: 1987.
Body Type 2 or 4 Door Hatchback only.
Price Limit: 17500 $ MAX approximate car price.
Allowed Materials: All (No Fiber Glass).
Allowed Chassis: Any.
Drive Type: Any.
Engine Type: Any.
Engine Size: 2.0L (2000 cc) MAX
Intake: Standard or Performance ( NO Race).
Exhaust: (No Race Headers) with at least a single Cat and a muffler.
Fuel Type: 95 Unleaded (Premium) only.
Quality Sliders 0 Quality and less. NO PLUS Quality.
Gearbox: Any (No Sequential).
Differential: Any.
Tires: Hard Long Life or Medium (with Realistic Rim Size 1987 Specs).
Brakes: Any Type with 1% Max brakes Fade.
Aerodynamics: Any type.
Engine Cooling: 50 Min and 100 MAX.
Brake Cooling: 10 Min and 100 MAX.
Power Steering: Optional.
ABS: Optional.
Interior: 4 or 5 Seats (2 Front, Full Bench Back or 2 front 2 back) Real Seats, No Compact seats.
Interior Type: No Basic
Entertainment: Required (No Basic).
Safety: Required (Any).
Suspension: Any Type (10 Points of Comfort at least).
Details: Extremely important with realistic looks and details.
Deadline: 30th of June 2019 @ 6pm (+ 3GMT).

You need to calculate your TCP (Total category points) number to be able to participate in the challenge.
you can do that by adding the score of all the 8 categories in Automation game on the car that you built for the challenge.

the categories are:
Driveability
Sport
Comfort
Prestige
Safety
Reliability
Practicality
ECO (US MPG).

D+S+C+P+S+R+P+Eco= TCP.
