This is a 1 credit clear of TX-1 made by Tatsumi, and licensed to Atari, and released in the Arcades in 1983.

A year after Pole Position and the same year as Pole Position II, TX-1 was released. This was a massive 3 screen arcade machine and unlike Pole Position this game was striving to give the player an even more realistic experience with the more immersive view but also details like you HAVE to slow down for some corners if you didn't want to crash.

It has some similarities to Out Run that would be realesed years later. If you carry too much speed in some turns, your car is pushed outwards and you will spin on the grass or crash into signs or trees.

It also has branching paths like Out Run, so the replayability is very high as the game has 8 different goals you can end up at depending on the path you take.
