Here's a video I made, performing a difficult but effective exercise...one that utilizes and puts to the test, multiple muscle groups at once.
1) Feet on the back of a balance ball = stabilizing muscles are engaged in your core.
2) Feet in an elevated state = ensure puts greater necessity on your lower back staying straight and provides more weight for your chest to press.
3) 25 pound weight on back = makes the pushup exercise more difficult to perform.
4) Pushup while on only 2 fingers (4 total, but 2 per hand) = an incredible amount of weight distributed on four small points. The pressure is great, so only try if you're experienced. This will show what kind of finger strength you have, in addition to your chest pressing ability.
