2 New Small Nadeo Cuts: TMO Rally A2 + Live WR!

I managed to find this two cuts already quite some time ago but never really managed to prove them to be faster. After maaaany WR chokes I finally managed to get it. I full safed the end because I failed there very often, meaning that a much faster time is possible.
About the cuts themselves: Although they are very small and rarely give you any advanatage I'd still consider them as cuts. Mostly because it's 100% possible to be faster with them as with the intented way. The first one is the harder one of them. Setup is bad, landing can be lucky, angle for next turn is rather difficult. I actually was exactly as fast as riolu with the normal strat on that part but I had starts that were about 0.08 faster than the one in the WR. The second cut is easier at all and it also is easier to be faster with it than with the normal strat, although the setup for this one can be tricky as well. Nevertheless it gives you a better angle for the end of the map and it allows you to go a tiny bit wider at the previous turn.
