UPDATE: I made a post to Google Forums after my 2nd, failed attempt at Account Recovery form. User named bkc52 responded and after answering some questions, contacted someone at Google directly. That person at Google then removed the 2 step, which has gained me back the channel!

I've updated shit like the 2 Step number, aswell as other choices for access. I am NOT losing this account again. Thank you, Google, for the help. You've actually, utterly surprised me with this help.
