In Cyprus, more than 300 soldiers from the 2nd Battalion the Yorkshire Regiment have been presented with long service, operational and Queens Diamond Jubilee medals, at Happy Valley, Episkopi.

As well as present day operations, they also remembered past conflicts and those who made the ultimate sacrifice.
