As an Army Commando Neil Sinclair has survived winters in Arctic Norway, cleared minefields in Iraq and tracked drug traffickers in the jungles of Belize. But nothing prepared him for his most daunting challenge yet - of becoming a father.

Drawing on his experience, he has written the ultimate guide called "Commando Dad." It is based on the Army's Basic Battle Skills Manual. He has been talking to British Forces News presenter Kate Gerbeau about how he came up with the idea.
