20 Echo Valley Way | The Sims 2 Speed Build
820 Echo Valley Way is a 60 x 30 lot and costs 234,863 simoleons. It has a hallway, study, downstairs bathroom, kitchen/diner, lounge, 3 bedrooms and two more bathrooms upstairs. One of the bedrooms has a balcony with a telescope and there is a swing in the back garden with a greenhouse. There are front and back porches, the front porch having a seating area and the back porch also with a seating area and a barbecue. There is also a driveway with a lovely car.
