20 minute loop of the intro for Propeller Arena, an unreleased Sega Dreamcast game. Word around the campfire is that is was completely finished, supposed to release in the US soon after September 11th, 2001, but was cancelled due to the terrorist attacks. Box art was complete and everything. It was never released, in the US or abroad.

It makes sense due to the air combat featured here, and the fact that you run into buildings from time to time. An extra, and creepy, fact is that one of the songs played during the game features the lyric "on a morning in September" or something to that extent. Great game though, I recommend grabbing the iso/gdi file out there on the web.
