We know it’s hard to remember a time when superhero movies weren’t dominating the box office, but back in those days it was a huge deal when the first X-Men movie hit theaters. Since then, we’ve been introduced to many amazing mutants, but because they were owned by Fox, they didn’t exist in the MCU, but now that Disney has finally acquired these characters, we look forward to seeing some well-known favorites like Wolverine, Storm and Professor Xavier join the existing MCU cast. Other than these fan favorites, we’d also love to see some lesser-known characters like Hope Summers, Mister Sinister and Apocalypse. You might be surprised to learn how many X-Men characters are related to current MCU heroes like Black Panther and Captain Marvel.
