This is round 9 of the 2004 THQ 250cc AMA Supercross Championship and round 11 of the 2003/2004 THQ World Supercross GP from the Georgia Dome in Atlanta, GA.

Returning stars such as 250cc Sophomore Chad Reed, Kevin Windham, defending 125cc MX champ Grant Langston, Mike LaRocco, Ernesto Fonseca, Damon Huffman, Tyler Evans, Heath Voss, Michael Byrne, David Vuillemin and others battle it out for the 2004 THQ 250cc AMA Supercross Championship and the 2003/2004 THQ World Supercross GP. This series is completely dominated by Chad Reed after an ACL knee injury knocks the 3-time defending champ Ricky Carmichael out for the season. This race is best known for Grant Langston being DQ'd due to getting in the face of an AMA official after 250cc semi 2. Enjoy.
