So yea I decided to install Windows XP Professional SP3 on my 2005 Custom Built PC. And here it is up and running.

Here's a specs:
CPU: Intel® Pentium® 4 CPU 3.00GHz
GPU: VIA/S3G UniChrome Pro IGP
RAM: 512MB (I have 1 stick of 512MB RAM working and 1 stick of 512MB RAM died)
Motherboard: ASRock 775VM800
PSU 1: TOP LC-B350ATX 350W (for Motherboard)
PSU 2: B-Move BM-PS05 600W (for HDD and ODDs)
CPU Cooler: Stock
HDD: Maxtor 6Y080L0 (80GB)
ODD 1: HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GSA-4167B
ODD 2: HL-DT-ST CD-ROM GCR-8520B
