I was picked to test this new feature out on youtube that was on my upload video page, this new feature will allow me to upload videos that are longer than the average ten minute time limit without being a youtube partner.

Here is the video I have just did, sorry if it gets Blurry, it happened and I didn't even know till after the video, normally I would do it over, however I can not do it again since I did it the activation already.
