Ok here is a video that is in high demand and I had to do it asap.
please watch my other video if you don't know what a blocklist is. But if you did and wish to add more ip list, then this is the one.
Note: using blocklist can help increase your safety while downloading legal or Illegal content when using torrents. However it is not a guarantee that blocklist can block all of the ever growing Ips out there. So be careful what you download,always reload your Blocklist every time you use vuze. And no I do not content downloading copyrighted materials with torrents. What you do with them is up to you.
Here is how to add more in steps.
Step one: go to this site and add download and or copy as many iplist

Step two: add all of the ips to a text document, you can use notepad to make a text document, after you have done that, name the text document what ever you like.
StepThree: copy and past all of those ips from the list you donwloaded and or copied from the site into the newly created text document. Once you have all the ips you want, now save the text file to a location on your computer.
Step four: open vuze and go into ,tools,options,ipfilters. Note: you must be in advance mode to be able to get to this menu.
Stepfive: Next to the add ip url bar, click on the blue folder icon, then locate the ips text.doc you have created for your self on the computer. Open it and click load,(load might take a few seconds or a minute, depending on how many ips you have in the list) once you did that, then click apply, and you're set to go.

Here is my list, you can use it if you want to save time. This list has all of the unwanted ips in it. Check the list every seven weeks or so for my updated list.
