213Feeling the burn after Stage 1 we woke up in the tents for the first night and busted straight to the coffee line then breakfast, which OTGG does a great job with.
It was important to fuel up, we had a 20mile climb off the start...
The name of the game was hang on to Howie, Chris, and Pete for as long as the legs would allow, which had me setting PR's all week.
Another 6th place finish for me.
Once we congregated at the line we decided to take the fun way back to camp, which entailed a really fun single track, Dead Mtn. Arriving in Oakridge is my favorite camp spot. We get 2 days there, it's right next to a river, and just really ups the vibe.
