I couldn't find anything on this obscure movie, so maybe it's just made up. The soundtrack/music tells it's own sinister and twisted story anyway.
спасмо (Spasmo) is: Mauro Sciaccaluga (Italy), who is involved in several other projects and also is the owner of record label Diazepam.
Барнум (Barnum) is: Kévin Orliange and Vivian Grezzini (both from France), who are involved in several other projects. Vivian Grezzini also is the owner of record label Underground Pollution Records.
