The newly unveiled 2024 Jeep Wrangler 392 Final Edition packs a few extra touches distinguishing it from the regular model, although spotting these differences might require a closer look for those not deeply versed in the nuances of Jeep vehicles. At first glance, these modifications may not be immediately apparent.

This special edition vehicle is adorned with distinctive decals on the front vents and hood. It rides on 17-inch bronze-finished wheels prepared for beadlocks, matched with 35-inch BFGoodrich tires that are versatile across various terrains. Furthermore, it boasts a winch capable of pulling up to 8,000 pounds, benefits from a slight elevation due to a half-inch lift kit, and is enhanced with sturdy rock sliders and a unique grille guard, all supplied by Mopar.

Inside, the Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 392's Final Edition offers an interior accented with Mayan gold stitching, Tupelo highlights, and seats enveloped in black Nappa leather. The vehicle features 12-way adjustable seats, powered for added convenience, and sports a special badge on the gear shifter, a commemorative plaque on the swing gate, among other Mopar additions like a tailgate-mounted table and an 83-piece toolkit. Jeep has also noted the availability of an optional air compressor for those interested.

Despite some enthusiasts hoping for a power boost in the last V8 variant of the Wrangler, the 6.4-liter V8 engine retains its strength at 470 horsepower and 470 pound-feet of torque. It is equipped with an eight-speed automatic transmission, four-wheel drive, a full-time active transfer case, and more. These features enable the vehicle to sprint from 0 to 60 mph in just 4.5 seconds, and complete a quarter-mile run in 13.0 seconds.

Jeep has begun accepting orders for this limited-edition Wrangler 392 Final Edition, which will be produced in a total of 3,700 units worldwide. Among these, 3,300 are allocated for the United States, 300 for Canada, with the remaining 100 distributed globally.

With a price tag of $99,995, excluding an additional $1,895 for destination and delivery charges, this model is priced $7,855 above the standard Rubicon 392. Its assembly is set to commence in the second quarter of the year at the Toledo, Ohio factory, where it will be constructed alongside other models from the JL generation Wranglers.

In conclusion, Jeep, under the Stellantis umbrella, has disclosed that all Wrangler models will receive various enhancements for the 2024 model year. These upgrades include a larger 12.3-inch Uconnect touchscreen for the infotainment system, side curtain airbags, and the trademark seven-slot grille, among others. As we say goodbye to the V8-powered Wrangler, it marks a poignant moment for enthusiasts.
