Lexus is preparing to bid farewell to one of its longest-standing models, the Lexus RC, as production comes to an end this November. Before the "Radical Coupe" takes its final bow, the company has introduced a Final Edition to celebrate the model’s legacy. The farewell version, unveiled in Japan, includes options for both the standard RC lineup and the performance-focused RC F. For enthusiasts in the United States, the high-performance RC F Final Edition will be available at a starting price of ninety-four thousand dollars, which includes delivery and handling fees.

The base models, including the RC300 and RC300h with four-cylinder engines and the six-cylinder RC350, have been equipped with distinctive 19-inch Enkei alloy wheels featuring red brake calipers. A brand-new Sonic Iridium paint option has been added to the color palette, complementing eight existing shades. These models also feature electrically folding black side mirrors and receive subtle cabin upgrades such as carbon fiber details and suede accents. The interior is finished in an exclusive Black and Flare Red theme, enhancing the sporty feel.

For the RC F Final Edition, the naturally aspirated five-liter V-8 engine remains under the hood, delivering 475 horsepower and 395 pound-feet of torque. Lexus has added a special badge to the engine cover to mark its exclusivity. The range-topping RC F also boasts 19-inch BBS forged wheels with red brake calipers and an array of carbon fiber components, including a front spoiler, rear diffuser, roof, and retractable wing. Power is sent to the rear wheels via an eight-speed automatic transmission paired with a rear differential.

In Japan, the entry-level RC300 starts at 6,660,000 yen, which is equivalent to approximately forty-two thousand six hundred eighty-seven dollars, while the RC F Final Edition is priced at 13,600,000 yen, or eighty-seven thousand one hundred sixty-nine dollars. The RC F Final Edition is limited to only two hundred units in Japan.

Since its debut in 2014, Lexus has sold around seventy-nine thousand units of the standard RC and twelve thousand units of the RC F. While a direct successor is unlikely, a new coupe, possibly named the LFR, is rumored to debut later this year, potentially replacing both the RC and the LC.
