Yes, this project is still going strong. Despite 2.2 update being released back in December 20th last year, the Real Travel project still lives on. I honestly couldn't really believe the update even came out. I thought I was going to make some 2.2 levels especially with the new platformer gamemode but I decided against it later on. I did attempt to make my 2.2 platformer levels but then I realized I don't wanna forget this project altogether.

Anyways, as for the progress update on this project. I finished the whole zoomed out part (0-10.6%) and 19.4-24.2% (the part with the night aurora sky and the cave). The later parts took me quite a while to make. But I'm very proud with the results so far. This has to be one of my favorite parts that I've built in this project so far. Speaking of object count, as of now I've used roughly about 51.5k total objects so far. Still somewhat optimized considering that 3 minutes of the level have been decorated out of 15 minutes total.

DISCLAIMER: This footage was recorded using the 2.2 version of Geometry Dash. Hence why the glow in the aurora sky part looked way smoother due to no dithering at all. However, all of the building process is still done on the 2.11 version. And I'm still stand by what I committed at the beginning. I will not be using 2.2 features at all, like the keyframes, new gradient trigger, 9999 group IDs, shaders, pixel blocks, new warp scale, all the stuff that's introduced in the 2.2 update. I want this to stay as a 2.11 level. I want people that showcases this level to have "Geometry Dash 2.11" in the title, ideally.
