I'm doing a 21-day challenge where I choose to pick one creative project and do it each day for 21 days. Because I have a problem with sticking to something and I want to focus more deeply on what I do. I am still feeling the waters between certain creative passions. Such as making video games, drawing, painting, youtube, and music. I chose to play the guitar for at least one hour a day, but you can apply this to anything, and I would like to inspire you guys to join me on a magical 21-day journey. I also posted the song I made for my first day at the end of the video of me talking. I will post the time stamp below and with that being said. Day 4 was nice because I went outside to play and it was nice to see the sun. However I did run into a bit of a snag when it came to getting into the flow. It took like 30 mins of playing before I broke through my mind. I had just watched someone else perform before I played guitar and he was really good and it made me feel like I sucked. Which in return made me not want to play. But I just have to remind myself that I need to stop comparing myself as it will only hold me back from being in the flow. Something about doing the same thing day after day can seem limiting too and that can give me resistance to keep on going. But in the end I feel better for sticking to something. The idea that it is limiting is the thing that is actually limiting me. Anyway I hope you guys enjoy the video and stay magical!
