The following commands are prefixed with three letters which represent the settings of the command block. E.g IUN: = Impulse Unconditional Needs_Redstone. These prefixes need to be removed if copying the commands.
Commands used:
Setup
IUN: team add red "Red Team"
Player joins team:
IUN: team join red @p
Player leaves team:
IUN: team leave @p
Summon friendly zombie:
IUN: summon zombie ~ ~ ~ {Tags:["friendly"], Team:"red", ArmorItems:[{},{},{},{id:"minecraft:oak_button", Count:1b}]}
Summon angry zombie:

Tame zombies:
