You will need to familiarise yourself with the use of this (or similar) software. Online tutorials (https://www.lucidchart.com/pages/how-to-create-a-swimlane-diagram-word) are available online to assist you with this.

Length: The report is expected to be 2,500 words excluding references. (Plus or minus 10% is acceptable)

Length: The report is expected to be no more than 3,000 words
Minimum requirements
