I haven't taken off from runway 22/04 At Gloucester (EGBJ) since probably around 2014 shortly after I started my training. Runway 27 and 09 has temporarily closed at Gloucester whilst it's being resurfaced and 18/36 has permanently closed due to development work at the airport. I had planned to complete 3 Touch and Goes and one full stop landing. On my second approach, ATC informed me that they had a Cessna in the circuit also on final, that had completely lost radio coms. The aircraft was about 200 feet above me on my right going behind me and in the end I was instructed to go around. I really need to do some circuit bashing on both 04 and 22 to get familiar with the circuit again. Andy (The Phobic Flyer)
