Flying Relaxation & Meditation Music with Aviation Pictures - The Phobic Flyer
0If you are a nervous flyer it can help to relax, take a deep breath in through your nose filling your lungs with air, hold whilst counting to 5 and then slowly release out through your mouth. You can do this whilst being a passenger on a flight or at home before you fly. Even over the coming weeks before your flight. I am a Reiki II Practitioner and can highly recommend a treatment before flying with someone in your area. I have also seen a Hypnotherapist a number of times before flying which also helps. I was The Phobic Flyer (who learnt to fly!) The music in this video is called Relaxing Piano Music by an excellent artist Kevin MacLeod and I've listened to a lot of his Music.
I've added a few aviation related pictures over his music which you can watch whilst listening to his music as I know what it is like to be a phobic flyer! Until I learn to fly!
I have meditated a number of times especially before a significant part of my flight training, and it REALLY helped!! Learning to fly has conquered my fear of flying, but meditation and Reiki, was a very big part of that learning to fly! I used to often make a joke that I wasn't frightened of flying as such, just frightened of crashing and whilst I can still understand the logic, that feels very irrational to me now - completely irrational.
