Our psync with Ota revealed crucial information about his off-screen altercation with the polar bear at the warehouse: the latter used Mayumi's knife, the same one Ota himself gave her on a past Mother's Day, to stab the son in the stomach. While this new piece of evidence may seem to incriminate his progenitor, it doesn't make much sense given her age and medical situation, and so we bring Ota to the interrogation room to let him elaborate. He's too busy trying to protect the only family member he has left than helping with the investigation however, leaving us with no choice but to hear the truth directly from the horse's mouth... but will we get what we desire?
Going through the whole interrogation sequence without any mistake, as shown @5:31 onward, will grant you the "Interrogation: Implicate Ota" achievement.
