Since we restored all the memories of the 4 successors that we've fought, we're in line for the Dweller in the Dark Ending, which is the true or good ending for this game. But before that we have not one but two incredibly tough bosses to deal with.
Skull King: Gregorio Silva's mutated Lost form. Attack, attack, attack is this guy's gimmick with his dual wield 2H swords. And we all know by now that 2H swords are the best weapon type in this game, so ouch. Watch him closely and dodge them like a champ then launch your own counterattacks. Resists all elements. When blood surrounds him, he's about to do an AoE attack but it does weak damage so if you want, keep chopping him up even when he starts up this move. Good luck.
The Virgin Born: Cruz Silva resurrected. Resists all elements. Safest place to stand is underneath her belly. Attack the torso or head for max damage, attacking her hands or legs will do minimal damage. This boss has plenty of AoE attack moves. When she gets surrounded by purple light, she will do an AoE attack centered on herself, so back off. If you stay underneath her for too long, she will jump and launch a body slam attack. Phase 2 she can start flying into the air and launch powerful AoE projectiles. Run underneath her to avoid damage. Good luck. You'll need it.

The Virgin Born stats:
Default Difficulty: Level 130 / HP 61,425
Enhanced Difficulty NG+1: Level 204 / HP 96,525

In all honesty, I wasn't planning on doing Enhanced Difficulty after reading horror stories all over the net about the big scale up in difficulty compared to Default Difficulty. But I didn't want to start over again to avoid the grind and doing a NG+ on default difficulty would have been too easy. Anyway peace out!
