well that's embarrassing.

my original 2022 OneXplayer4800U survived to 1 week outside of warranty. The second unit which OneXPlayer was at the time kind enough to replace but that now too has failed.

Fortunately as a small independent channel I can call out poor quality without offending any sponsors.
