Darksiders III is an action-adventure game developed by Gunfire Games (which composed of some of the former member of Vigil Games, the creator of the Darksiders franchise) and published by THQ Nordic (formerly known as Nordic Games). Continuing the franchise's unique storytelling, the 3rd title of the series focuses on another horseman (or horsewoman), Fury, which settings occurred simultaneously with the storylines of her fellow horseman in Darksiders I and II. In here, you will be following her in defeating the 7 deadly sins in order to stop their influence from encroaching the world of humans and find out some more secrets which led to the extinction of said species.

Following the previous titles tendency to copy gameplays from known action games in the gaming market, Darksiders III gameplay based its mechanics majorly with the Dark Souls series. Like the said game, the latest in the Darksiders franchise applied its difficult, strict but fair gameplay as well as some of its item usage. However, although it copied a well known and established franchise, the game pales in comparison with the original with critics and its fanbase disappointed upon its release taking note that by adopting the Dark Souls-like genre, its puzzle mechanics was negatively affected by being too simple and easy. As for me though, I really liked how the game tried to be different from its previous titles. Although I encountered some issued and bugs in the game and some obvious inferiority in its overall experience compared with its previous titles, I sincerely enjoyed the game as a whole. A recommended game for avid fans of the franchise and even those new to the series. Enjoy the walkthrough!
