3 Shiny Snorunt found in Acuity Lakefront via Pokéradar - Pokémon Diamond
0After getting a Chimchar with good IV's on my Pokémon Pearl, I traded it for my Skorupi from my Pokémon Diamond and started looking for a female shiny Snorunt in Acuity Lakefront. I made it to chain 40, however it broke from not realizing that a normal grass was moving right behind me, right at death angle. This was the first time it had happened to me and I regretted it for a while. However, after so many long chains that have been broken since I learned to use the Pokéradar, I was used to it and recovered quickly knowing that I could find a shiny Snorunt despite the snowfall in the area. After that, I was taking a look at the National Pokédex to verify that I had captured all the Pokémon on the list. I soon realized that I was missing 3 Pokémon from the list. After capturing them, I took a look at the IV's of my old Pokémon which I would start with the training after capturing Snorunt and I saw that they had few. So I decided to go capture others of the same species, but with better IV's. In the end, it was a total of 8 Pokémon that I had to capture before going back for a female Snorunt, I wanted Snorunt to be my last target and it was. 5 days after chain 40 broke, I was finally able to go for Snorunt again.
For the next 4 days, I had problems due to my poor internet connection which once again caused the video I was uploading of my Celebi from Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Red Rescue Team (the longest video I made) to not upload or process properly. I decided to fix the problem of my bad connection in addition to another one on Google Chrome and that, made me barely have time to record this search. Finally, I found the time to record this without losing my daily goal in pursuit of my Pokémon FireRed game. After several attempts I succeeded. It was a real pain to record these days, especially this search. I had great satisfaction in finding the first shiny patch and my goal at the first time. I decided to go for three more to take advantage of and get more shiny Snorunt, plus I wanted to break the Tauros mark with this chain. I spent a lot of time between the three shiny patches, I was hungry, and it was getting late to record in Pokémon FireRed. I had doubts about whether to continue with the chain or to finish it definitely, but I decided to continue until in the end, it broke.
Anyway, this was the last Pokéradar chain that I had planned to record. From this point on, I will start training some of my old and new Pokémon. Everything to fulfill my childhood dream, to complete the National Pokédex. In the Pokédex I have 472 Pokémon seen and 426 Pokémon caught at the moment.
