450 squats, 300 press ups, 150 heaves in 30 minutes. how it works is 5 heaves, 10 press ups and 15 squats every minutes for the duration , no more or no less reps per min. the quicker you do the reps the longer rest you get till the min is over. ENJOY!!!! plz like comment and subscribe
